Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States.
There are no hidden shipping fees. Any applicable order costs will be shown clearly before checkout is completed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our estimated delivery timeline is:

Order Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days after the order is placed
Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

How do I track my order?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped or is already in transit, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Ladies Fashion World is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy.
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, and original condition.
Returned items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
Unaltered
Free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup marks, pet hair, odors, or signs of wear
In the original packaging
With all original tags attached
Returned with all included pieces, if the product was sold as a set
For 2-piece or 3-piece outfit sets, all original pieces must be returned together. Incomplete outfit sets may not be accepted for return.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fee.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, Ladies Fashion World will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference, such as wrong size selected, wrong item ordered, no longer needed, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment service may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges may be available for a different size, color, or style depending on product availability.
