Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Return requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail.
All returns must be approved by our support team before the item is shipped back to us. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, and original condition.
Returned clothing items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
Unaltered
Free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup marks, pet hair, odors, or signs of wear
In the original packaging
With all original tags attached
Returned with all included pieces, such as dupatta, bottoms, belt, lining, or matching set pieces, if included with the product
For 2-piece or 3-piece outfit sets, all original pieces must be returned together. Incomplete outfit sets may not be accepted for return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, or stained after delivery
Items without original tags or packaging
Items missing any included piece from the original outfit set
Items with perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, odor, pet hair, or signs of use
Items damaged due to customer handling after delivery
Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale on the product page
How to Start a Return

Clear photos, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send return instructions by email.
Return Label
For approved returns, return instructions will be provided by email.
If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer.
If the return is due to customer preference, such as wrong size selected, wrong item ordered, no longer needed, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Ladies Fashion World will cover the return shipping cost.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Customer Change of Mind
If you want to return an item because of size preference, wrong item ordered, change of mind, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund according to this policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide the next steps, which may include a replacement, exchange, return, or refund.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ladiesfashionworld.us.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.
